Inspiration_Musical Instruments of the band
1. What went wrong?
This was a hard operation to figure out when linking it to may pages, Blogger and Google Sites. This is a program you have to purchase and will only be read in the "paid" program, and other programs will recognize the file.
2. What went right?
Once I figured out the bugs, and could relax, I found this software to be VERY useful. It turned out to be fun and let the teacher use a lot of creativity.
3. How will I use this in the class room?
This will be VERY useful in the classroom. I will use this in teaching the instruments of the band. With the fun graphics I think the students will be interested in learning more about what they see. It will, hopefully, introduce new instruments to the students.

Scavenger Hunt
1. What went well or not well? The items we were asked to find or easy to find. The 4 of us worked really well as a team. Looking for basic artistic forms is an easy task to get students to do. We would take turns taking pictures and each person added their own picture to the project. No one had an attitude or tried taking over; we all work very well together.
2. How will you use this tool in your professional practice and/or instructions with students? This would be an awesome tool to use with music education. Getting students to look for several types of instruments and photographing them; then adding any information on them. This will not only get students out of the class room and actually "search" for items, but teach team work. It would require the students to have some knowledge of musical instruments and/or learn more from fellow students.
3. What will you do differently next time? I feel this was a success there is not a lot I would do differently, except ask for different items to look for. I would like to search for items that aren't in my field of education. I think it would be interesting to have to search for items a Social Studies teach would be using or an engineer would use. This would be interesting what different items students/ME could come up with.
