This is the PixlR project.
This is a before and after project:
2. Go to http://pixlr.com
3. Click on Pixlr Express
4. Choose Browse Option for those who want to upload a picture from the computer or disk drive
5. Choose Webcam to use live camera (if access message pops up click allow)
6. Once your photo is displayed you may explore the options to adjust your photo, add effects, borders, and texts.
7. When you are ready to save your photo Click the save button in the right corner
8. Name your photo
9. Choose where you would like to save it then click save
